SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Due to the nature of how Loud Logs LLC sales are conducted at this time on a 21 day schedule (unless delayed due to forces beyond our control or holidays) please allow a reasonable amount of time to process each order to ensure quality, accuracy and 100% satisfaction.
For all orders placed on drop days due to high volume of orders, all orders will be processed and shipped within 4 days of purchase.
Orders placed on non-drop days Monday-Friday will be shipped within 2 business days.
Depending on size and weight of the purchase, you can expect your order in 1-7 business days after order has been processed.

All Product is shipped via USPS or UPS ONLY.
All shipping rates are based on USPS/UPS rates determined by the quantity, weight, and package size required to ship.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a receipt included with the tracking information of your package. If for any reason, a receipt or tracking number was not received, please feel free to reach out to loudlogs@protonmail.com, we are happy to provide any assistance in a timely manner.
2 Day Priority/Next Day Air varies depending on USPS and does not always include weekends. If an order is placed on Wednesday after 2:00pm PDT, we cannot guarantee your order will be received within 1-2 days. -

At Loud Logs LLC. We strive to provide only the best cigars for your money. We stand behind every Pearl that we share. If for any reason you need to return your cigars for a refund within 30 days of purchase, you may do so. Here are our guidelines:
As America’s most premium cigar wrap, we have the pleasure of serving customers from coast to coast and beyond. We do our best to please everyone but know that does not always happen. With that said if you are not satisfied, let us know, by calling (310)-750-9979 or email, loudlogs@protonmail.com, within 30 days of your purchase to request a prompt exchange, or refund. Upon completion of your return for an exchange, or refund, you will receive the agreed upon exchange of goods from Loud Logs LLC.

RETURN POLICY GUIDELINES
• Cigars – If you are not satisfied with your cigar purchase, it may be returned for a full refund. Please return all unused product in the original packaging. For any Exchange or Refund, please reach out directly to, (310)-750-9979, or email, loudlogs@protonmail.com.
• Accessories – For any other product non-tobacco related, you may return for a full refund if you are unsatisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase. If there are any defects or damages upon delivery, you may also request a Refund or Exchange at no cost with proof of damage or defect by contacting (310)-750-9979 or email loudlogs@protonmail.com
• Loud Logs LLC reserves the right to limit amounts and quantities of any order.
